They want sanction relief, unfreeze our assets, get out of the Middle East, end the war in Lebanon, and know you cannot have our uranium, and know the strait is not open unless there's a toll. Now they're working around the toll by saying it's not a toll, it's environmental fees or whatever. Yeah, it's a usage fee. It's a toll. Fine. Play with semantics. Okay. But if you don't end the war in Lebanon and you insist on having their highly enriched uranium, it's a no deal. And the bombings will begin again. Trump is writing these very long true social posts. And in this instance, instead of bringing bear spray, he brought a gun. Now they're both in the wrong. It's wrong for somebody to assault somebody. Duh. It's also wrong to shoot an unarmed person in a conflict that you started with your mouth. You know, if you just back it up, if you want to get in fights with unarmed people, then do it unarmed. You cannot go around making a plan of shooting someone and be like, I'm going to walk around with a gun. Ryan Dawson Ryan Dawson that's not what happened in this particular incident he was live streaming but he hadn't said anything he actually did try to deescalate he did walk away the other person followed him and assaulted him so I don't think he made a plan of shooting him I think it was stupid to bring a gun to such an incident because the other person can always try and reach for it and now you're forced into a situation where you've got to kill somebody or seriously injure them Did it in a crowded place endangered a bunch of other people for what for the and you know, you got to go after pump and kick and all these other streaming platforms that allow people to monetize being a professional asshole.

That's the greater problem But I don't see this as premeditated I think it was extremely stupid And you ought to have been able to see it coming But I honestly don't think he did And the fact that he did try to de-escalate Both verbally and by walking away I was so I don't think he deserves life in prison I don't think he deserves a 1.25 million dollar bond I think he should go to jail for at least a year because he did shoot somebody in the stomach and it was avoidable prior to you having to deescalate is because you couldn't if you had not escalated to start with you wouldn't have needed to deescalate it later you got to have some time there's got to be some punishment for this kind of behavior you're walking around with weapons agitating people and then using them but life no he got children he did try to de-escalate even though he started the shit to begin with he shouldn't get that the greater story though is like even if you're like fuck him life in jail whatever even if that's what you think as long as it's consistent you know that uh what's his name Anthony something the black guy that stabbed a 17 year old in the stomach in front of his twin brother y'all know who I'm talking about He didn't get a million dollar plus bond He was allowed to use the GoFundMe money to stay out on bail You know, his family bought a new house Well, I would say, well, if he did that, then the same thing should happen to Chud I'm like, no, no, no, no That never should have happened And it shouldn't happen for Chud And it shouldn't happen for that black guy either He should be in jail There should have been no bail or it should have been so ridiculously high you can't crowdsource it.

You're walking into a situation where it's like people can just go around and break the law and the people will pay their bail. That's dangerous. That's a dangerous precedent. And it basically got set when this guy brought a long ass knife to a track meet for some reason. He just has a giant knife in his backpack because he was planning to stab somebody. Goes into some opposing teen's tent or whatever that, you know, he didn't build because it's raining. It's like, well, the other people are here and they want to sit here and they actually brought the tent. You didn't get to step him. And over that, like to escalate into, well, they told you to leave and you're going to chimp out and stab somebody. You belong in fucking prison for life. And his victim died, too. Chud's victim didn't die. He was shot in the stomach. It's bad. And he does. You got to give him jail time. But these are not the same situation But to be consistent with the judging I wouldn't get mad at the second judge For having so much harsher punishment than the first I get mad at the first judge For being so lenient On somebody who stabbed to death a teenager In front of his family It's not defense I don't care if he punched you or whatever like then punch him back you weren't the crowd of people your life wasn't in danger you don't go grab a knife and stab somebody in the heart this is just like I think assault should be legal I think if you run your mouth fucking back it up but you gotta do it with your hands you know guns and knives are all or nothing it's either you're dead or you don't use it at all Guns are fine to defend your home, things like that, someone breaking in, that's your territory, shoot them.

But you don't go take the gun outside and go find conflict so you can shoot somebody. Like the Zimmerman case. Even if Trayvon had been stealing or whatever, we don't know. As far as we know, he wasn't. But even if he had been, you cannot, as someone who's not a cop or anything, just go find someone in your truck, tackle them, you know, trying to arrest them. And because you're a stranger assaulting them, they don't know why. And they end up being able to beat your ass. So you pull out a gun and shoot them because you're losing a fight that you started. that's fucked like Zimmerman should be in jail forever he instigated that conflict he went following the guy around and went after him lost and as soon as the kid got off of him he pulled out a gun and shot him that was fucked the racial shit shouldn't matter do you have the right to say nigger yes you do should you expect people to fight you for saying that yes you should Same thing with calling someone a cunt or whatever.

It doesn't have to be racial. If you haven't called somebody's wife a cunt, expect the husband to hit you. Well, it's just words. Okay, well, don't play dumb. You can hear it on the audio that he's chasing him.

So he tried to run from him. He didn't run at him. Starts a fight Loses the fight As soon as he gets He was on the ground Getting hit He had a little mark On his forehead A little mark On the back of his head From the grass He got thrown on He pulls out a gun Which he The only reason He had the balls To start a fight Is because he knew He had a gun on him The whole time And he shoots him And he goes Oh you got me And died And was like You went and started An altercation With an unarmed person Knowing that you Had a gun and you shot that person. You're like, I'm defending myself. You're like, it's not defense when you start the altercation. He didn't follow you around and jump you. You were looking for him and you jumped him. Then he whooped your little fat ass and so you shot him. That's a pussy ass move. It's a pussy ass thing for Chud the Builder to walk around with bear spray and instigate shit and if someone touches their hat he sprays them in the face you can blind people with that shit by the way like fuck that guy but he doesn't deserve life in prison because in the particular incident that we're talking about he did try to de-escalate he did move away he did say verbally things that should de-escalate a situation and the guy that hit him is an absolute thug like a wife beater a fucking piece of shit trash that guy even though he was shot did assault somebody he should be up for assault and battery himself but it's a politically charged thing because of all of his nuisance streaming past the throwing the book at him I don't think it's fair I don't like the guy I don't like his streams I think it's an idiotic thing to do But I can be unbiased with that and say he does not deserve life in prison for even though he shot someone in the stomach because he did try to move away and stop prevent that situation from happening illegally that ought to matter.

But it won't because it's a white guy shooting a black guy who's often on stream calling people niggers.
