SCOTUS' corrupt, unconstitutional 'presidential immunity' deal was not unconditional
Источник: https://drlou.substack.com/p/scotus-corrupt-unconstitutional-presidential
Denying due process, assaulting, attacking and illegal detention of US citizens is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.
Denying due process, forcibly separating families, assaulting and brutalizing undocumented immigrants and asylum seekers to include illegal detention and, especially for what are most often civil violations, is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.
Arbitrarily committing murder and war crimes without due process on boats in international waters whether or not they are running drugs or drug ingredients is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office. This is why we have the US Coast Guard who are remarkably effective at interdiction and arrest of even the most violent drug runners on the sea.
Another US strike in Caribbean targets alleged drug-running boat, killing 6, Hegseth says
“If you are a narco-terrorist smuggling drugs in our hemisphere, we will treat you like we treat Al-Qaeda,” Hegseth said in the post. “Day or NIGHT, we will map your networks, track your people, hunt you down, and kill you.”
These are acknowledged war crimes with Trump; Hegseth as of now. unindicted war criminals. These actions are NOT part of presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.

And SCOTUS’ corrupt ‘presidential immunity’ deal with Trump will not protect him or his henchmen from international crimes. It will not protect those carrying out Trump unconstitutional orders whether nationally or internationally. Trump and Hegseth should be indicted by the ICC and placed at risk of arrest should they venture out of the United States.
Running a massive national and international extortion and bribery ring to now include having private donors pay for the destruction of the White House and building Trump’s Mar a Lago golden Versailles like ballroom in DC is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.
Shutting down the government primarily to continue the cover-up of the Epstein/Trump files and provide aggressive protection of pedophiles is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.
Surging inflation and screwing the American economy into the ground to include so many of our farmers and ranchers for idiot and irresponsible tariffs that are, in reality, under the authority of the Congress is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.
Pastor Mike Johnson and John Thune in the Senate have also and repeatedly violated even the most basic constitutional responsibilities and mandates of Congress to include application of America’s unique system of checks and balances. This also only further negates any claim to constitutional ‘Originalism’ by either the GOP Congress or the deeply corrupt SCOTUS majority.
Constantly attacking, attempting to extort and weaken America’s closest allies to include unilaterally ignoring long standing international treaties for a refusal to fall in line with Trump’s illegal and destructive tariffs and desperately flawed political agenda is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office

Attacking and trying to extort American universities thereby violating academic freedom and independence when they refuse to buy into Trump’s Project 2025 demands is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office
Arbitrarily cancelling funding for research on childhood cancer - among other areas of huge medical and scientific need - and USAID which pushes Project 2025 eugenics is not among presidential responsibilities or in the president’s oath of office.
I could easily go on, but there’s a critical point to make. That is, the clearly unconstitutional and un-American SCOTUS decision of ‘presidential immunity’ is still not as unconditional as Trump clearly believes. It is supposed to relate to actions taken which are relevant to the Office of the President and his/her primary responsibilities. It may apply to federal prosecution but may or may not with regards to individual states.
So many actions taken by Trump are fundamentally criminal in nature and wholly unconstitutional. And so many of these actions are absolutely and unconditionally not relevant to the Office of the President.
And any presidential immunity deal most certainly does not apply to war crimes with direct and deliberate violations of the Constitution, our Rule of Law, and international law.
The supposed ruling of ‘presidential immunity’ also and very definitely does not apply to anyone who is convicted of following unlawful, unconstitutional orders by Trump, to include those which have started to increasingly constitute war crimes both nationally and internationally.
That Trump has shut down the portal for individuals to file complaints about potential criminal behavior by members of the US military will not stop those reports from being made.
The US military is constitutionally bound to NOT follow unconstitutional orders. Members of our military are being abused, politicized and placed at immense individual risk by Trump and his regime. And they must be aware that ‘I was following orders’ abjectly failed as a defense at Nuremberg. Trump can’t and won’t protect them.
As did the Joint Chiefs during Trump’s first term in office, the current Joint Chiefs must take a stand to protect our national integrity, hold to their constitutional mandate and responsibility, and protect members of our military from Trump’s criminality.
These same considerations are directly relevant to the increasingly brutal and unlawful activity by members of federal agencies who are often arbitrarily, violently attacking and illegally detaining citizens and undocumented immigrants alike in this country
We have to organize hard for 2026 because not only will it be an overall electoral challenge, but it will be even more so for the active rigging of the system that’s been in overdrive since Trump re-entered office.

If we can flip the House and Senate, it would mean that Trump no longer exists politically and can face true impeachment for his many crimes.
Both Democrats and Republicans who voted for Trump or chose not to vote as a misguided protest of Biden have contributed to the current constitutional crisis. How has that worked out for you thus far?
If we vote in our numbers - and if we stay together in 2026 - we will win and Trump’s criminal reign will effectively end.
@chrisgeidner … I would especially value your take on what I’ve written and my strong belief that no matter how corrupt was SCOTUS’ ‘presidential immunity’ deal with Trump, it was still not ‘unconditional.’ And it certainly does not protect those acting on behalf of Trump’s unlawful, unconstitutional orders
