The overwhelming majority of terrorism has come out of Pakistan, Afghanistan,
and Sunni Islamic Middle East. Washington has got to stop treating foreign
policy like DoorDash, order up a new war, and then make the rest of its delivery
drivers. We can't do it anymore.
