You know, we went through this process many years ago in the 1970s of putting
photographs of everyone into the file. And the reason we did that was we had a
fat problem, especially in the officer corps, a very serious one. And we had to
shame people to get into shape. And in some cases they didn't and they were
deselected for advancement.
