mission and purpose is is very very good in fact one of my favorite authors she said doing other doing good for others is an excellent remedy for disease but isn't that so yeah it it it certainly is if you if you're grumbling about a certain situation you've got go and mow the neighbor's lawn go and go and help find someone to help keep keep a lookout who can you help just tiny little things and it does so much for you in fact you'll get addicted to it let's hope every human being gets addicted to it that's why the bible says it is more blessed to give than receive because of of the joy that you get from making someone else happy
